Colorado Fly FishingMay 2013We started getting a bump in flows and then 'Here comes the mud'. The Crystal River has been getting bigger and contributing to the Roaring Fork River flow nearly tripling the flow.The Colorado River has also grown almost 3 times what it was. The Frying Pan River just got bumped up to 100+cfs. It is a good thing but expect mud at times in various portions of the rivers. Sometimes you can go upvalley to find clearer water. Give us a call before coming up to check current conditions. We can't tell you what rock to stand on but we can steer you to the most fishable water.
